On September 12th, the Serbian EV Days Forum was held in Novi Sad. The two-day event brings together industry leaders, government officials, engineers, and electric vehicle enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest developments in electric vehicle (EV) technology, infrastructure, and policy initiatives. Mr. Miloš Vučević, Prime Minister of Serbia, Minister of relevant government departments, Mr. Milan Đurić, Mayor of Novi Sad City, and leaders of relevant municipal departments; Professor Boris Dumnić, Dean of the School of Technical Sciences, Nenad Šijaković, Advisor to the Director General for International and Energy Regulatory Affairs of Serbia Power Grid, Ivan Asanović, Executive Director of Montenegro Power System, Dragoljub Damljanović, Director of Schneider Electric’s New Shad Development Center, and Dragoljub Zbiljić, Chairman of Southern Power Company, attended the opening ceremony of the forum. At the invitation of our institute, Li Menggang, president of the National Institute of Economic Security of Beijing Jiaotong University, director of the China Electric Vehicle Hundred Talents Association, and co-president of the International Advisory Committee of the Belt and Road Institute in Belgrade, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Dean Li Menggang first introduced the basic situation of the China Electric Vehicle Hundred People’s Congress in promoting the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry. Next, he described the good development trend of China’s new energy vehicle industry and shared the entrepreneurial spirit of China’s new energy vehicle industry from several aspects, including the improvement of industry core competitiveness, the enhancement of product intelligence level, the growth of independent brands, strong product exports, and the company’s global expansion.

The the Belt and Road Institute in Belgrade has long-term cooperation with Beijing Jiaotong University. Since the signing of the strategic agreement in 2019, the two sides have deepened cooperation in many fields. On May 17, 2024, the Sustainable Transport Innovation Center of Beijing Jiaotong University and the Belgrade the Belt and Road Research Institute jointly held the “International Think Tank Network for Infrastructure Development” Summit Forum and the Fourth Belgrade Think Tank Seminar. At this forum, both parties signed a memorandum of cooperation, clarifying their cooperation in scientific research, talent cultivation, international exchanges, technology transfer, and other areas for the next five years. The forum also covered topics such as geopolitical dynamics and regional cooperation, connectivity of global infrastructure networks, foreign policy and future sustainable development, aiming to further promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Serbia in infrastructure, the Belt and Road research and other aspects. The School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University also offers a variety of international exchange programs, including undergraduate exchange programs, 2+2 programs, 4+1 programs, master’s 1+1 programs, short-term exchange programs, and graduate scholarship programs. Through these cooperation and exchange projects, Beijing Jiaotong University and the Belt and Road Institute in Belgrade jointly promoted academic and cultural exchanges and strengthened the cooperative relationship between the two sides.

9月12日,塞尔维亚EV-Days论坛在诺维萨德举行。该活动为期两天,汇集了来自全球的行业领袖、政府官员、工程师和电动汽车爱好者,共同探讨电动汽车(EV)技术、基础设施和政策举措的最新进展。塞尔维亚总理米洛什·武切维奇先生,赛相关政府部门部长,诺维萨德市市长米兰·杜里奇先生,市相关部门领导;技术科学学院院长Boris Dumnić 教授,国际和能源监管事务总干事顾问塞尔维亚电网内纳德·希亚科维奇、黑山电力系统执行董事伊万·阿萨诺维奇、施耐德电气新沙德开发中心主任德拉戈卢布·达姆利亚诺维奇、南方电力公司董事长德拉戈洛布·兹比利奇出席了论坛开幕式。应我院邀请,中国北京交通大学国家经济安全研究院院长,中国电动汽车百人会理事,贝尔格莱德一带一路研究院国际咨询委员会联席院长李孟刚出席论坛,并发表致辞。

李孟刚院长在致辞中,首先介绍了中国电动汽车百人会推动中国新能源汽车行业发展的基本情况。接下来,他分别从产业核心竞争力的提高,产品智能化水平的提升,自主品牌的壮大以及产品出口强劲、企业走向世界几个方面,描述了中国新能源汽车行业良好的发展趋势,分享了中国新能源汽车行业的企业家精神。

之后,塞尔维亚政府总理,米洛什·武切维奇先生、诺维萨德市长米兰·杜里奇先生、技术科学学院院长 Boris Dumnić 教授、政府官员和行业专家,包括塞尔维亚能源部和商会的代表,以及全球主要电动汽车公司的高级管理人员在会上发表了主旨演讲。

贝尔格莱德一带一路研究院与北京交通大学有长期的合作,自2019年双方签署战略协议以来,双方在多个领域加深合作。2024年5月17日,北京交通大学的可持续交通创新中心与贝尔格莱德一带一路研究院共同举办了“基础设施发展国际智库网络”高峰论坛暨第四届贝尔格莱德智库研讨会。在此次论坛上,双方签署了合作备忘录,明确了未来五年在科学研究、人才培养、国际交流、技术转让等方面的合作事宜。论坛还涉及了地缘政治动态与区域合作、全球基础设施网络的连通性、外交政策和未来可持续发展等议题,旨在进一步促进中塞双方在基础设施、一带一路研究等方面的交流合作。北京交通大学经济管理学院还提供了多种国际交流项目,包括本科生交换项目、2+2项目、4+1项目、硕士1+1项目、短期交流项目以及研究生公派项目等。通过这些合作和交流项目,北京交通大学与贝尔格莱德一带一路研究院共同促进了学术和文化的交流,加强了双方的合作关系。
